It is always a challenge to stay ahead of the competition, especially when you are your own best/worst critic. I am never satisfied!
Radio is about making an impact. Once a format and strategy are in place, the real goal is keeping up the pace, stepping up the pace and building in a few surprises. In my professional career I have accomplished this with radio stations that have gained Number One/National Award Winning status. My goal now is to find that formula again and make it work.
The real secret is people; good people becoming great at what they do. I make a point, everyday, to encourage that in the people of Rubber City Radio Group. I believe we are the best in the business!
