As the vice president of the North Shores Improvement Association (the association for the area from Vilano Beach to S. Ponte Vedra Beach), a member of the South Ponte Vedra Civic Association and a member of the Porpoise Point Homeowner's Association, I understand the happenings in this beautiful area that's the closest beach to historic St. Augustine. My husband & I are the only people that are members of all 3 neighborhood associations. Additionally, we are members of Palencia's homeowner association.
