Prior to modu served with the Israel Defense Force, where attaining the rank of Colonel and gained over twenty years of experience in the fields of communications and information technology. Most recent position was as Head of a leading R&D Technology Center within the IDF.
Holds BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and
DSc from George Washington University, Washington DC.
