Patrick Pak has 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He is currently a program director in the Process Control Solutions Division of KLA-Tencor. He specializes in inline defectivity and lithography solutions. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Patrick worked in one of the top semiconductor foundries for eight years in many roles ranging from defect manager, integration engineer and lithography engineer. He earned his MSC degree in Technology Management and BSC degree in Physics from the National University of Singapore.
