Crocs: I started my career when I was 16 years old at Crocs, Inc (NASDAQ: CROX), www.crocs.com as one of the first ten employees. I was given the position of co-director of The Sound-Board, of which I started within crocs. The Sound-Board was designed to brainstorm product diversification, strategy and new marketing channels for the crocs kids product line. I then worked on the collegiate crocs product line, developing strategies and selecting new products.
Getch Companies: I formed a small venture capital firm, Getch Companies, LLC where I helped start and operate several companies.
