I assist clients in attaining their real estate related goals in the greater Chico area including Paradise, Magalia, Oroville, Willows, and Orland.

REO is the name of the game!

I am one of the top listing agents in my area, and assist a number of companies including Wachovia, Nationstar, Assetlink, HSBC, Coldwell Banker, PMH, Chase Accredited, Saxon, Brighton, and several others. I have a well-trained staff in place to assist with everything from bpo's to cash for keys to rehab and negotiations. My vendor team is knowledgeable and experienced in REO preservation and the ever-present deadline. However, if you're an asset manager, please know that I'm the ONLY one you will talk to! I PERSONALLY visit and monitor every asset from start to finish.

I also spend a significant amount of time catering to local buyers and sellers, residential and commercial investors, and working on specialty ag properties.
