James Dunn’s Summary

While with iLinc, I assisted with its formation and was an integral part of the Company's initial public offering in March of 1998. I have over 20 years of experience in finance, law, business, internet technology and online software. As CFO, I am responsible for leading financial initiatives and corporate strategy for iLinc. Since the Company's inception, I have been responsible for all corporate development activities, including acquisitions and strategic partnership and most recently, the acquisition of its Web conferencing and audio conferencing assets. I serve as CFO and General Counsel for iLinc. I managed the legal transition of iLinc from its legacy dental practice managment business beginnings to its current Web and audio conferencing focus. I hold a law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law (1987) and a BA Degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Texas A & M University (1984).
