Kaya Wittenburg’s Summary

BIO - Kaya's success started at the age of 20, flying the world as an international runway model for a number of famous, high-end clothing brands, including Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versace and Hugo Boss. He parlayed his public visibility as a model into appearances on several different reality television shows, including “Temptation Island,” which was the most-watched worldwide television show in the year of 2001. His guest appearances on 20/20, ABC Primetime, and winning episode of “The Weakest Link” game show were all in the top 10 primetime ratings. During this time, he also began working in real estate development in Los Angeles, securing the financing and managing all phases of sales and development for a successful condo-conversion project.

Next for Kaya was a position with Majestic Properties as a Sales Director for the Majestic Collection, supervising over $350 million in sales. From there, he advanced to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he has directed the sales of over $4 billion worth of real estate and significantly enhanced the positioning and productivity of the company.

Under his leadership, he brought the company to the point where it was named the number one fastest-growing, full-service real estate company in the country by “Inc.” Magazine - during only with his second year as COO. In addition, Majestic Properties has rapidly expanded its scope of business by successfully opening Genesys Funding, Moooi Furniture, and expanded its real estate operations into Hollywood and Tampa with new offices, all under the direction of Kaya.

Kaya serves a member of the Pillars Board of Directors of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce where he is extremely active, serving as the Chairman of the Business Development Committee. His role as a judge in the 2007 Rothschild Business Plan Competition at the University of Miami has allowed Kaya to enjoyably mentor some of the brightest aspiring entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
