I have been fortunate in my life to always love the work that I do, which still holds

Currently I work for Realogy, NRT and I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Education & Career Development Department, including management of Training Faculty & Administrative staff; design, Leadership development, development and delivery of Sales Education Programs, Training Curriculum and Sales Tools.
Some key areas of contribution while at NRT:
• Interfaced with Senior Leadership and Subject Matter experts to meet training and organizational development needs of Sales Organization across four states
• Led the training implementation and roll out of electronic transaction management system
• Managed the Education Department across four New England states
• Completed organizational assessment around retention and productivity of Sales force and implemented solutions throughout company infrastructure
My background includes work in the Health Care, Management Consulting and Real Estate Fields.
In Health Care I worked as a clinician and then operations manager for a mental health site of UPenn Hospital; I was then recruited to work as Change Management Consultant for Accenture where I designed & developed Education Programs & Communication Initiatives for Fortune 500 client companies in Pharmaceutical, Telecom and Manufacturing Industries.
I hold a Mater of Arts Degree with a mental health specialty from Drexel University and was in the process of completing a 2nd Masters in Instructional Systems Design & Development at Penn State when I was recruited to work for Accenture.
My passion for learning & continuous improvement is surpassed only by my commitment to the development & success of the organization and individuals with whom I work.
