I have an exceptional twenty (20) year record of developing and selling complex software technology and associated consulting services into the Global 5000 marketplace with a current focus on the eDiscovery market and solutions that utilize the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model.
I have been a senior executive with both private and public companies and therefore I have managed large profit and loss centers, large revenue expectations and large multi-discipline staffs. I have worked for start-ups, restarts and with established companies in hyper-growth and expansion stages. I have successfully crafted and implemented multi-million dollar national marketing campaigns and built and led high caliber aggressive sales teams selling multi-million dollar enterprise class solutions to large corporations worldwide. I have developed partnerships and formed alliances throughout the world with some of the best know companies in the high tech industry.
I have excellent written and public presentation skills with years of experience pitching C level executives, industry analysts, the press and Wall Street. I am an open, effective communicator and relationship builder at all levels of the organization, with the ability to motivate people, create enthusiasm and generate excitement. I am a consummate dealmaker with proven skills in negotiating and closing complex transactions. I am a strategic thinker but can think outside the box with a high-energy can do attitude and an in-depth understanding of both technology and business.
In addition, I have many years of experience utilizing and teaching solution selling and customer centric selling methodologies. Further, I have “hands-on” experience in product management, strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, finance and corporate management.
Specific areas of expertise include: (1) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology in the eDiscovery/ Litigation Services Market; (2) Agile Development Methodology; (3) Buyer Centric Selling Methodology and Practice; (4) Salesforce.com; (5) Litigation Technology and Strategies in eDiscovery; (5) Changes in the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (FRCP); (7) PowerPoint; (8) Website Development; (9) Internet Email Marketing; and. I joined New Technology Ventures in 1998 to build their emerging software and telecommunications consulting practice. Since that time, it has grown into a well-known technology accelerator that assists high-tech companies from startup through high growth and expansion stages. They specialize in writing strategic business and marketing plans, arranging initial funding, forming early partnerships, assembling and managing technology teams to create initial prototypes, creating industry awareness with analysts and press, building corporate infrastructure and recruiting executive management. In addition, they work with larger companies in the eCommerce marketplace to assist with technology selections, marketing plans and wide range of business development and sales and marketing activities.

3i Networks, Inc. was an emerging leader in the new Internet Application Integration (IAI) marketplace. The company developed a new class of massively scalable, highly secure XML and SOAP-based Application-to-Application (A2A) integration technology for e-business solution providers and enterprises wanting to integrate their disparate applications and provide access to them over the Internet as web services.
I sold the ASP business for $500K, reorganized the workforce and wrote a new business plan positioning the company as a restart to the venture capital community in search of $6M in funding. As a result of my efforts, the company was sold and I returned to my position with New Technology Ventures fulltime.
