Account Executive with a broad range of knowledge of the mortgage, real estate and credit industry. Have worked not only in the wholesale mortgage industry, but have an appraisal background (certified 2002), title and closing product expertise, and recently became licensed real estate agent with an emphasis on commercial real estate development, which I hope to pursue at some point. Brokers Logic is an interactive resource that puts the credit puller in front of lenders that match their borrowers' credit profile with rates updated within the half hour. Tenant screening credit reports are available to landlords/leasing companies. We offer an easy rapid rescore option to all credit reports that guarantee quick turn around. The initial credit reports show all three bureaus and what the new score would be by implementing the rapid rescore option.
