I have been involved in voluntary and paid law enforcement and physical security for over 22 years. My training and exposure is extensive, from retail, to street level, government and disaster zones - I have worked in and trained for all of these environments, and more.
I aspire to complete my degree in Criminal Justice Administration, with an emphasis on business management so as foster continuing my growth and ability to provide my expertise to broader and more established markets.
I specialize in infrastructure Homeland Security, high risk physical security and interdiction projects in section 8 housing, government and medical facilities. I am an adept and professional executive, with P/L responsibility for a large region, cost containment and growth management experience (with a growth rate of 145% within two fiscal years). I have turned a non-profitable division in to a profitable division is less than one year, and cut overhead while experiencing sustained growth.
