I am a creator of knowledge networks.
I am currently a change agent/manager in of educational techology at West Coast TAFE. I have developed our Blended Learning Strategy and developed new ways to support stakeholders, staff and students in engaging with technology.
I have established a 'genius bar' approach to delivering PD and have quadrupled our output in the area of e-learning. In addition, I run the West Coast Connect project, which is about using new technogies and 'connectedness' to increase retention and participation rates.
My interests are the use of technology to connect virtual teams, and the strategic, communication solutions which enable virtual teams to work in rich connected ways.
