  After learning the BNI system as an assistand director for Connie Hinton in Washington state, my wife Kathy and I relocated to Arkansas where we now operate two BNI regions in that state and one in Northeast Texas.
  
  In 2006, our Arkansas East franchise was recognized as the number one standard region in the United States in Chapter growth. We could not have done this without the work and dedication to the leadership teams in all of our chapters.

  I had graduated from high school and college in the state of Arkansas, and still had family there. That was one of the areas where I could start a BNI region, and my wife Kathy and I chose to relocate to the Little Rock area and start BNI there.
