•Development and commissioning of the software systems O_Blend and O_Mill for the quality control and on-line optimization of raw mill blendings and cement mill circuits, respectively, in cement plants in Europe, America and Africa.
Sales engineering:
•Grants for over 50 projects with international biotechnological, cement, chemical, and pharmaceutical companies: project acquisition including first contact with the customer, offer submission, price negotiations and order.
•Establishment of a vendor network for O_Blend.

In addition to project-based automation services, ONLINE Control develops software systems in collaboration with our partners, ONLINE Automation and ETH Lausanne. These software systems help our customers analyze and operate their processes at new performance levels (reduction of process development time, increase in production of over 20%), thus leading to a return of investment of several months only.
Currently, the following software systems are available:
- PCM_Toolbox for the quality control of incoming and final products and the analysis of multisensor data (NIR, IR, Raman, MS, images) from chemical and biotechnological reaction processes
- O_BLEND for the quality control and optimization of stockpiles and raw mills based on XRF and PGNA measurements in the cement industries
- O_DISTILL for the optimization of batch distillation columns in the chemical industries
- O_MILL for the quality control and optimization of cement mills
