illuminate Director of Global Alliance Operations
Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area
As an accomplished professional with 30 years of progressive management, direct and channel sales achievement in Information Technology, I have spent my entire career in start-up situations. I am a goal-oriented strategist whose confidence, perserverance and vision, foster success. What makes me excited (and crazy) in working with start-ups? All of it! Working with an organization by providing insight and innovative ideas to help strengthen business relationships and increase their bottom line. Develop stream line processes to drive the desired end results and enhancing or complimenting their offering. Being part of an organization and playing a key role in the organization, expansion and success. Playing outside "of the box" in a collaborative manner with creative, intelligent, pioneer thinking people. Taking a risk to a try a new creative approach verses ("tried and not so true") and delivering superior results to customers through a channel alliance model.
Expertise to grow & expand IT start-ups. Strong background executive mgmt. & sales for direct & channel sales and operations. Pres. of MN. Software Assoc. (now MTHA) had broad exposure & interaction with many companies & government enities. At XIOtech, I created and implemented channel process & procedures. Current position is what I've worked towards my entire career. Excellent company and leading edge products that will have a major impact on how businesses access and use information data.
