IT Manager at Planet Moon Studios
San Francisco Bay Area
I specialize in Gaming Industry IT Management. I focus on the technologies and infrastructure behind efficient, secure, and functional support; constantly looking for new ways to aid the development process.
I believe in hard work and focus; I am deeply dedicated and diligent with my tasks. Work ethic is extremely important to me and I am willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to see success. I have learned that the extra mile doesn't always reward you, but the feeling of accomplishment is more genuine and satisfying just to know that you made the effort.
As IT Manager, I have handled purchasing, budgeting, project management, overseeing the IT staff, and day to day operations for 2 companies working together in a shared environment.
We've had AC units in server rooms blow, water pour through ceilings, transformers exploding under the side walks, insane baseball fans sore at the loss of their team, parking spot intrusions, lost connections, hacked websites, worms on the network, crashed arrays, dead pigeons, bad directory paths at 4AM in Korea after being awake for 44 hours, BSOD's at E3 (and a few hangovers), and countless other calamities...
But I held my cool and made it through everything.

I owned and operated a small computer and network support company. My customers ranged from a chain of convenience stores to random office support for various types of businesses.
I developed a shopping cart front end for a client. The website allowed customers to custom order golf-style shirts with custom monograms and colors. I spent over 1 year developing the scripts and constantly modifying the interface. Sadly the project lost funding due to the government cutting back on programs that help developmentally disabled individuals.
I supported numerous companies over a period of 7 years. I sold the company when I took my current job.

AMA - Management 3 day course. I actually took this initially in July. On the evening of the first day I was in a motorcycle accident and unable to return. I enjoyed the opportunity to take the first day over again.
