August 2008 — Present (3 months)
My role is to develop insights by way of analyzing and rationalizing information regarding the interests and priorities of our clients and of our client’s customers. These insights are often customer focused, help define brand, business opportunity, and customer requirements.
Through and intimate understanding of our clients, their competitors and their industry climate I work with our team and our clients to develop solutions that capitalize on specific opportunities.

2006 — Present (2 years)
I engage in research for the purpose of innovation for clients interested in isolating and capitalizing on company specific opportunities. I isolate underlying patterns of thinking, behavior and values by interacting, researching, observing and teaming with executives, employees and clients to find new and better ways to create user centered value and therefore bottom line results. I specialize in integrative thinking and am most interested in the mortar between the two bricks of business and design.

As designer I developed Foss’ email campaign with great results and supported their in-house
design initiatives that include print and web design. My daily duties were also focused on
supporting the work of the CEO. Further, I researched, managed, designed and executed a
complete redesign and deployment of a new instructor training program. On many occasions I had
great opportunities to work actively with a diverse group of internal and external teams including
lawyers of many kinds, swim instructors, managers, CEO’s, venture capitalists, and bankers.

I supported and actualized Apple’s vision of educating and enabling end users to create their own
digital media through group presentations and one-on-one personal training. Simply, I taught

customers through their buy cycles, ushering them from initiation to decision.
