Ram has seven years of consulting experience in various areas including Risk Management, Performance Management & Investment Management. He started his career in the Indian Capital Market as an Investment Analyst, moving into a consulting industry with Stern Stewart & Co. and progressing as a Risk Consultant in Singapore with JLT Group, the Europe’s largest insurance broker and risk advisor.
After his four years of successful career with JLT in Singapore, he formed his own consulting firm in 2007. His firm, Paaram Consultancy, is a boutique Management Consulting and KPO firm. It commenced operations with the zeal to assist sick industrial units through strategic consulting and financial restructuring in Indore, the business capital of Central State of India.
Ram holds CFA Charter from CFA Institute, USA. He also holds an MBA, specializing in Strategic Management, from the University of Wales, UK. He also earned PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business in Finance & Marketing from IBS, Mumbai. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Throughout his career, Ram has worked on several research assignments including value-based management in Asian banks, capital planning, valuation of intangibles, corporate finance, Singapore retail industry, wealth creation studies for India, Asia corporate governance, Asia operational risk management practices.
