Jonathan has more than ten years senior level experience in sales and business development positions, the last six of which have been served in executive recruitment. Beginning in an international Finance & Accountancy recruitment business in Dublin, Jonathan then relocated to the UK where he moved to an international plc and was responsible for their permanent recruitment division. Jonathan chose to leverage his relationships within the retail sector and concentrate on interim management because he believed this to be a dynamic and rapid growth sector. At the beginning of 2006, he moved to Interim Partners to develop their Retail Practice.
