Kevin Hannes has 20+ years of Leadership and coaching experience in both government and business arenas. He is a seasoned and well-rounded businessman with a highly successful track record in marketing, business development, sales, organizational management, strategic planning, human resources, and diverse operations.Representative experiences vary widely, ranging advising in the development of the 2001 National Security Strategy to leading the top recruiting organization in the nation for the United States Navy. His strength in building highly effective teams that are mission oriented led to his selection as the number one Commanding Officer in navy recruiting. With in the Department of the Navy he saw a need to ensure there was a direct correlation between the Navy’s Strategy and programmatic decisions. Filling this need Kevin created and authored the Navy’s Strategic Planning Guidance. This business planning model has now been adopted for use by the Secretary of Defence for implementation for the production of the Department Of Defence annual Budget. Kevin has held several CEO level equivalent positions in while serving in the United States Navy. He has commanded organizations ranging from 10 to 300 highly trained personnel.
