Dr. Brian Cawley joined CorVirtus in 2004. He assists customers in developing strategic business systems and tools designed to improve enterprise success. Additionally, Dr. Cawley provides specialized consulting to corporate executives and managers.
For over 18 years, Dr. Cawley has served as an internal and external human resource consultant to over 80 organizations in various industries, including financial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, technology, consumer products, transportation, and public safety.
Dr. Cawley began his career as an internal human resource specialist at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, CA. In 1994, he joined Landy Jacobs and Associates as a Senior Consultant. Following the acquisition of Landy Jacobs by SHL in 1998, Dr. Cawley became the Managing Director of SHL’s office in Boulder, Colorado. In 2002, Dr. Cawley became the Director of Consulting for the SHL Americas’ headquarters in Chicago, Illinois where he provided leadership to consultants in the division and managed key accounts such as GE, Kraft Foods, Target, United Airlines, and LEGO.
Since 1998, Dr. Cawley has been an adjunct faculty member for the industrial and organizational psychology program at Colorado State University where he participates on various committees and research programs. His research has been presented at numerous national conferences and published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology. Dr. Cawley is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) where he has served on various professional committees.
Brian was born and raised in Wisconsin and currently resides in Colorado Springs with his family. He enjoys music, soccer, skiing, golf, the Green Bay Packers, and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
