  • Ebook Publisher

Web Writing Buzz Publishing (Sole Proprietorship)

(Sole Proprietorship; Myself Only; Writing and Editing industry)

    September 2001September 2003 (2 years 1 month)

Web Writing Buzz Publishing catered to freelance writers interested in new media. I had to set it aside to focus on my own dream-building. It was a weekly newsletter with 2000 subscribers, and 2 eBooks: The Freelance Writer's Marketing Plan and The Online Writer's Survival Guide. Articles from the newsletter and excerpts from these eBooks have been circulated many years after my site closed down. ebooks weren't too popular back then, but I sold 500 copies, on my own with no distributor. You can find snippets about them by googling the following phrases (with quotes, of course...):"web writing buzz" "webwritingbuzz" "online writer's survival guide" "freelance writer's marketing plan" ... And yes, I know it was stupid not to keep my domains :-( I had no idea, at the time, how valuable link popularity would be!
