I also help in the hiring process by screening presentation layer developer candidates and occasionally help with tech aspects of business development proposals.

I basically held a creative director's position, as I was responsible for all branding efforts, advertising and design to internal and external clients. I also did a lot of ASP.NET web application development, both internal and external facing.

Working with Gary Bernard continues to be a pleasure. I still provide freelance ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails and Django development services in addition to technical support.
