As a member of Networks Plus, I was based at one of their key accounts (Energis) in the UK, and helped grow the Energis Account.
Programme Manager for large programmes of work expanding the fibre optic networks of BT, Energis, Nortel, Marconi and the BBC.
Employed to develop Network Plus's service offering to increase company value for sale of business via consultancy. Initially set up Energis's Programme Library, then worked on their service offerings and transition / implementation methodologies.
Networks Plus was successfully sold to Unisys Plc.
