Utilizing the tools of graphic facilitation and NLP to work with individuals and groups in a coaching frame is the focus of my work. Graphic facilitation is making real-time visual documentation of the group process, usually on mural sized paper, with images, words and icons. By creating a living document of the conversation, the group can reflect on their progress, see where they are going, where they have been and what, if anything they may be overlooking. Graphic facilitation involves the participants on a broader spectrum, incorporating varied learning and personality styles. The result is increased engagement, creativity, productivity and recall.
