As an Account Executive for Bullhorn, I am working with small market staffing and recruiting firms by providing a consultative sales approach to help them drive their productivity and bottom line revenue targets. Bullhorn enables our customers to synchronize sales and recruiting to generate, source and fill job orders, or make placements, with the best candidates, in real-time, at anytime and from any place.
Prior to Bullhorn, I worked for Diversified Staffing Group as the Branch Director for the Boston branch. As Branch Director, I oversaw the sales and recruiting for the largest office in the 7 division company. During that time, I was chosen as Branch Director of the Year for 2006 for achieving and exceeding many goals and objectives set in place including 5 million dollars in total revenue.
My first position was with Maxim Healthcare Services where I was a Healthcare Recruiter. During this time, I was responsible for recruiting and staffing healthcare personnel in Winston Salem, NC and Virginia Beach, VA
I graduated from James Madison University in 2003 with a degree in Health Services Administration and a Minor in Business.
