Jan Chilton’s Summary
I've been in web design and search engine consulting for over 5 years. I've worked for several area real estate agents, and for the past 3-plus years, a group of agents and developers that are going their separate ways. I'm now on my own, and ready to accept clients that need my help.
I've worked with real estate agents and resort management companies all over, and have a large group of friends and associates from the east coast to the west coast, as can be seen by my references on here. I pretty much eat, sleep and breathe the search engines, and real estate is a passion, although I've yet to be wealthy enough to invest in it. My hero is Donald Trump, and my greatest wish is to someday be able to help him market one of his properties...:-)
My specialty is generating leads. I do this with a combination of making multiple websites, blogs, classifieds, and social connections. I'm a writer, first and foremost, and the right kind of content is what takes you to the top in the search engines. When I take on a client, we spend time researching the key-phrases that will drive them the most traffic, and help them sell their services through knowledge of the area, great looking photos and video, and networking with other Realtors that are the best in the business.

I've been doing search engine optimization and internet marketing for real estate agents and vacation rental companies for more than 5 years now, with the last three years working for a local developer.
I'm now looking for new challenges in other areas, to network, re-invent myself, and someday work for Donald Trump...:-)
