In my role as a Senior Policy Analyst with the Office of Management and Budget, I have responsibilities in the areas of capital planning and investment control, information security, telecommunications, records management and counterterrorism information sharing. I serve as Portfolio Manager for the E-authentication initiative and the lead policy analyst for Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12. Prior to June 2008, I served as the lead policy analyst for the federal government's transition to Internet Protocol Version 6.
