Prior to starting the business in 2006, Leslie worked for more than seven years as director of marketing and public relations for Crumley & Associates, PC, which is now the largest injury law firm in North Carolina. As a key member of the senior management and strategic planning teams, she utilized her public relations and marketing skills to grow the business to more than double its size and revenue in a four-year period. She created the firm’s successful public relations program and implemented PR campaigns generating thousands of dollars worth of in-kind television and print coverage. While with the firm Leslie also produced a successful umbrella program as a vehicle for the firm’s philanthropic activities and took the firm to high levels of client service through collaboration with the management team and staff.
Leslie’s professional history includes her work as director of development for Open Door Ministries, a High Point-based nonprofit organization that provides food and emergency services to individuals and families and emergency shelter to men.
