Initially a technical and commercial recruiter, I specialized in winning and servicing national accounts including BUPA, Thales, Bank of New York and Ericsson.
Then ran my own business, Liberty Consulting, providing ethical recruitment, HR and training consultancy to the new media industry.
The next career development was as HR, Recruitment and Training Manager for Pure an award winning email marketing firm.
Now a senior recruiter for Google. Currently recruiting Senior Sales and Ad Ops / Trafficking consultants across Europe for YouTube. Also provide consultancy to plan and execute recruitment and career development strategy.

Recruitment: Hiring Senior Sales Management and Ad Ops Support consultants for YouTube in EMEA, particularly Italy, Spain and Ireland.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates, candidate management, negotiation and administration. We do not use recruitment agencies.
Organisation Consultancy: working with hiring managers and EMEA Director to plan and execute recruitment and career progression strategy.
Project work: I am involved in three pan-EMEA projects to improve Googlers' work-life balance (including reviewing company policies), provide internal training to my division and streamline inter-departmental processes. I have also provided training to the EMEA recruiters on Employment Law.
