Keith Titan is a Principal at BDMI—Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments where he seeks investment opportunities with early stage companies that are pursuing innovative digital businesses related to mobilization, virtualization, personalization or socialization.

Prior to that, Keith was Vice President of New Media for Random House Inc. working on electronic publishing strategies, various online and eCommerce projects, and managing relationships with technology and distribution partners including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon and Sony.
Prior to that, Keith was Senior Director of eCommerce and New Business Development at Simon & Schuster Inc. where he led the launch of Stephen King’s groundbreaking eBook Riding the Bullet, one of the fastest selling books of all time.
Prior to that, Keith worked at Penguin Group (USA) Inc. where he negotiated a national promotional campaign with The Coca-Cola Company.
Keith was also an advertising Account Executive at J. Walter Thompson where he worked on the Ford Motor Company business.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English. He also holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University where he earned a lifetime certificate to teach English. Most recently, he earned an M.B.A. from Rutgers University where he won the Wall Street Journal Award for Highest Distinction in Business Strategy and the Achievement Award for graduating #1 in his class.
Mr. Titan currently serves on the board of directors for ImageSpan, Emotive Communications and Xlibris. He is a board observer for VOCEL, American Reading Company, RoyaltyShare and Trion World Network.
