I help Organizations and their people clarify and define their goals, and achieve them in ways that create alignment, involvement and sustainability.
I use and combine the most modern and time/cost effective methodologies to approach organizational issues. Businesses improve their bottom line increasing their people capabilities and engagement. People live better lives, improve their skills and develop new ones.
I use mainly Appreciative Inquiry, World Cafe, Connected Participation, and similar facilitation approaches.

I worked intensely as a manager and consultant in firms in the insurance field, consumer credit, automotive, with board members and management, striving for the best results. I went through the internal experience in different firms, corporate level and local (smaller ones).
I worked as a consultant experiencing many different realities in manufacturing, software, banking.

I design and deliver Leadership Development, Conflict Management, Team development training and workshops
