Chris Wagner’s Summary

Chris has held numerous executive positions in the technology sector. As Executive Vice President and General Manager of Computer Associates, Chris was responsible for building the company’s Government, Partner Program and Global Consulting Business.
He has also worked with several private equity and venture capital firms as their Chief Executive Officer, which includes Metiom, MetaMatrix, Exchange Applications and Digital Harbor. Chris has been on the Board of Directors of all of these companies.
Chris has worked with some of the top names in technology. At Forstmann Little he worked with Erskine Bowles, former Chief of Staff for President Bill Clinton; while at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, he worked with Ray Lane, Managing Partner; and for 16 years worked with Charles Wang, founder of Computer Associates.
Chris’s relationship with Charles Wang, and Computer Associates’ former Chief Technology Officer, Nancy Li, created an opportunity to form NeuLion Incorporated, where he is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s marketplace efforts. With the television industry currently under a major disintermediation shift brought on by the ubiquity of broadband computing, NeuLion has become an early leader in the streaming video and broadband Television space. Chris has been a frequent speaker at conferences, tradeshows, and industry events.
