I joined Trinet in May of 2008 as President and CEO. My responsibilities include setting strategy and day to day operations of this privately held $100M company.

Prior to TriNet, I joined Ketera Technologies in April of 2006. Ketera is a leading SaaS provider of Spend Management solutions to Fortune 2000 companies. Ketera provides companies with the applications and services needed to control and reduce corporate spending at a low cost of ownership. In January 2007, we raised $14M in an over-subscribed mezzanine round and went on to achieved the corporate objective of being cash flow positive in the fourth quarter of the same year. Ketera’s customers include American Express, BP, Chevron, United Airlines, PepsiCo, and ServiceMaster.

Previously at Hyperion Solutions, I was the SVP of worldwide field operations, which included direct sales, channel management, strategic alliances and consulting services. At IBM I was the vice president of worldwide sales for the Rational software brand, leading the global direct and indirect sales, consulting and field operations organizations. Prior to IBM's purchase of Rational Software in 2003 I led the the growth from a $25 million dollar company to one generating more than $700 million in annual revenues. Prior to Rational, I have served as vice president of sales and marketing for Computer Command and Control Company, and as executive vice president for CGS Scientific Corporation.

With more than 25 years in sales operational leadership and technology management positions, I am currently tapping my extensive experience in successfully growing emerging businesses to grow and innovate Ketera Technologies into the world leader in on demand spend management provider.
