Patrick van Oirschot is new business development manager and an experienced logistics consultant on the fields of process redesign, warehouse design, logistic audits and medication safety processes. With more than 10 years of experience Patrick co-develops a robust vision on a safe and efficient medication distribution system within hospitals and nursing homes. Being responsible for new business development for the intramural pharmaceutical wholesaler he gets enthusiast of bringing creative ideas to excellent business processes. You will see his skills from idea generation until effective launching new business.
Managed many projects in (hospital) pharmacies, nursing homes, pharmaceutical wholesalers and even a penitentiary institution, with a scope from barcode labelling, implementing EDI, warehouse design, business process redesign, reorganization and training staff.
Patrick is enthusiastic and optimistic with good sense of humour. He has got a well developed vision of the pharmaceutical distribution process and is passionated in changing the to-be-changed. A strong competence is his way of lateral thinking with which he inspires others to join the change team. Furthermore he is an effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patrick is PhD student at Tilburg University and mentor of students.
