- Operations: Supply chain overhaul from build to stock to assemble to order
- Decision Support: Consolidation of reporting and several custom data warehouse.
- Portal: Collapsed dozens of independently managed intranet environments w/hundreds of pages and thousands of objects into two centrally managed portal environments build upon SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0
- HR: Deployed manager self-service and employee self-service human resources solution .
- Sales: Deployed CRM Portal establishing connection between pipeline management and supply-chain execution.
- Product Management: Led strategy and execution for overhaul of Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Core IT services: Drove execution of client service organization outsourcing to IBM Global Services (help desk, desk side, printers, and a conversion from Novell Netware/GroupWise to Microsoft AD/Exchange. In excess of 5,000 seats were impacted world wide.
