Metaverse Roadmap Project Manager at Acceleration Studies Foundation
Greater Los Angeles Area
I bring a background in business, non-profit governance and passion for the study of synthetic worlds to my work. I have brought together together game designers and researchers for the Metaverse Roadmap Project, Ludium1 at Indiana University and Cyberspace@UCLA, as well as informally at socials and salons. I worked with all levels of community at Walden School to produce a vibrant Accreditation Study.
I was profiled on CNN, Newsweek & USA Today as a fully functioning adult female EQ player, back in the day. I contributed content and localization on Hidden Path's Wits & Wagers for XBLA, and have independently worked on design analysis documents.
I enjoy all aspects of directed group work and conference and event coordination, from schedules to attendee selection to facilities choices and documentation. I am interested in project, research and event management and organization, and specialize in working with distributed teams. Feel free to contact me if you have potential projects upcoming that might need a hand.
Bringing diverse groups together for focused, goal-oriented work.

Taking its name from the immersive 3D world imagined by Neal Stephenson in his visionary novel, Snow Crash, the Metaverse Roadmap (MVR) is a comprehensive 10-year technology forecast and visioning survey of 3D Web technologies, markets, and applications.
We gather interdisciplinary groups of experts to map significant trends, opportunities and wildcard scenarios in the 3D Web space of the next decade. The first Metaverse Roadmap Summit resulted in the report available at www.metaverseroadmap.org. We are also putting together smaller gatherings and co-located conferences. Please let me know if you or your company would like to be involved!
Currently on hiatus between funded events.

I am happy to have been Coordinator for Walden's year long California Association of Independent Schools Accreditation Self Study. I started with creating schedules and milestones for the Director, faculty, staff and community to take on their assigned areas of study. I stewarded the process, collecting the results and working with the Director to move them from a collection of draft documents to a finished, unified report. I also created the final design and layout of the document (as well as its 200 page appendix) and handled its physical production and distribution. In early 2008, I organized the on-site visit of the Accreditation team.
