Global Reviews helps large organisations drive growth by delivering best-practice customer experience.
We objectively benchmark your customer experience performance against competitors and best practice. Then, we deliver actionable and prioritised recommendations. The benefits include increased acquisition rates, better customer retention, cross-sell growth ("share of wallet"), and reduced servicing costs.
Global Reviews benchmarks the customer experience across multiple channels including web, email, contact centre, and branches. We also run an extensive surveying division that works with enterprise and large corporate clients, on projects such as ongoing customer satisfaction tracking.
We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney and London, with expertise in around 30 different industries. Our clients include blue-chips such as: Telstra, Citibank, HSBC, Medibank, Lloyds TSB, Hilton Hotels, Virgin, Mercedes, National Australia Bank, AGL, and Qantas, as well as several government departments.
As a recent example, we work with a Top 20 Australian company to measure and improve their multi-channel customer experience. In the contact centre space alone, over the last two years we helped the client achieve a 30% lift in benchmarked customer experience - driving a 100% lift in sales performance. We continue to work closely with them.
