Designed and developed a three-day Customer Service Basic Skills training to be used by Customer Service Representatives and delivery drivers (over 100,000 employees). Materials included pre-training testing, pre-work activities, instructors’ guide, session presentation, participants’ guide, and activities workbook.

Developed storyboards for a 3-hour Introduction to Finance Web-Based Training. The development process involved studying all current documentation and software to produce storyboard content. The WBT courses were used to train new sales and pre-sales associates on Logistics, Finance, and Enterprise Tools.
Developed a 4-hour CBT course that provided training to field engineers on Medical Viewing System software. Interface for this course was a drop-down menu that contained menu topics and subtopics and was developed using Authorware 4.0.
