Master of Science, Training and Development, 2002 — 2004
After making a bold move in 1999 to pursue a career in corprate training, I decided to enhance my credibility by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Workplace Training and Performance.
After 2.5 years of attending Lesley, I received my degree and have put much of the knowledge to use in my Assistant Manager position at APL. Though my current position is challenging, I do wish to pursue new challenges where I can continue to utilize the knowledge and skills I have obtained to satisfy my passion for teaching others to excel in their career aspirations.
