Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Hoff was the Director of Investor Relations for a publicly traded Internet company where she managed the investment process including three private security placements, two secondary public offerings, two acquisitions and the sale of OnHealth to WebMD.
Hoff has previously been employed by Dain Rauscher Wessels where she prepared financial models, determined valuations for the companies she followed, made investment recommendations and performed due diligence and analysis for public offerings. She has also served as an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP where she managed numerous audit and consulting engagements for public and private, high growth companies in the securities, real estate and technology industries. Due to her competence and care in dealing with sensitive information, she was selected to manage the tabulation process for the Grammy Awards and the Day Time Emmy Awards.
Hoff is ia long-time resident of Santa Rosa and a graduate of Santa Rosa High School and UC Santa Barbara. Hoff is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the North Bay Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. She is involved in many community acitivies and currently serves on the City of Santa Rosa Sold Waste Committee, is an executive board member for Red, White and Boom!, a member of the Santa Rosa Mother's Club, in charge of fundraising on behalf of Coldwell Banker for Habitat for Humanity and is in charge of two fundraisers for the PFO of Hidden Valley Elementary School.
