Kennedy Information, Inc. is a publisher of industry research and information and a producer of trade shows that enjoy national audiences.
As recruiting research director, I compile reports that explore the executive search and corporate recruiting industries. Additionally, as contributing editor to Kennedy Information's benchmark publication, "Executive Recruiter News," I work closely with the editor in chief to uncover and report news for the executive headhunting profession. Top-tier news media such as Career Journal and Forbes often reach out to us for our expertise.
These roles at Kennedy Information also cast me as a leader of webinars for the company and as a presenter at Executive Search Summit and Recruiting Conference and Expo, two events the company holds twice yearly. Furthermore, "RecruitingTrends.com," Kennedy Information's widely-read online resource for the corporate recruiting community, counts me as a regular contributor and as a member of its advisory board.

STETrevisions is a marketing and public relations consultancy specializing in ghostwriting and news release development.
As founder, I have written hundreds of news releases. Many have drawn the attention of decision-makers in my clients’ target markets. My work has landed clients in "Career Journal," the "Boston Herald," "The Washington Post," and additional news outlets, including Boston, Massachusetts' FOX News affiliate and others.
Robert Siciliano, CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a widely televised and quoted personal security and identity theft expert, is a longtime client. "Texas Realtor," "SafetyXchange," the "Consumer Financial Services Law Report," and other publications have sought the articles I've ghostwritten for him. Recently, in a vote of confidence for my ghostwriting, "The Bank Fraud & IT Security Report" (BFITS), a high-end industry newsletter that has published our contributions since the summer of 2006, invited Robert Siciliano to join its editorial board.
(Educational Institution; 5001-10,000 employees; Public Relations and Communications industry)
January 2003 — Present (5 years 10 months)
Since 2003, I have taught a required undergraduate course at Boston University's College of Communication (COM). As an adjunct professor there, I teach communications industry writing. I received a Master of Science from COM in 1999 and maintain close ties to the school.
(Privately Held; 1001-5000 employees; Civil Engineering industry)
July 2002 — September 2005 (3 years 3 months)
For CDM, I helped to manage the development of proposals in response to requests for them from municipalities throughout New England. Under aggressive, externally set deadlines, I coordinated the efforts of numerous internal stakeholders to complete these documents detailing CDM's engineering services. The role required an ability to develop, edit, and proofread technically complex descriptions of engineering projects.
(Public Company; 1001-5000 employees; Public Relations and Communications industry)
October 1999 — March 2001 (1 year 6 months)
I joined The Weber Group in the fall of 1999 to take on my first-ever professional role in public relations. During my tenure there, the organization became part of Weber Shandwick Worldwide.
My tour of duty at this company found me developing detailed background documents to prepare clients for analyst and press briefings, monitoring industry news on a daily basis, securing executive-level speaking engagements at prominent industry events, and writing awards submissions that resulted in recognition and accolades for the company’s clients.
Master of Science, Communication, Public Relations, Writing, 1997 — 1999
As a graduate student at Boston University's College of Communication (COM), I completed a thesis that explored how the source credibility of online environments might affect traditional news media gatekeepers' control over information.
Surprisingly, the data revealed no statistically significant correlation between online sources' perceived credibility and people's propensity to believe posted content. The implications were obvious, at least in an abstract sense, suggesting that traditional news gatekeepers might one day see their influence wane. Blogs and other nontraditional, seemingly less credible online news sources have since knowingly, or unwittingly, exploited the new ground rules, becoming examples of the profound possibilities.
