Development and database technologies recruited include Java, JSP, J2EE, C++, C#, .Net, ASP, VB, PL/SQL, Documentum, WebSeal, VSAM SAP R/3, DB2, SQL Server, COM, VC++, Perl, Unix, Sybase and Oracle. Successfully recruited numerous Project Management (Six Sigma, PMP), QA (white/black box, manual, Test Director, WinRunner) and Help Desk (levels 1-3) associates. Conducted business development cold calls to drive sales and negotiate both bill and pay rates. Utilized AIRS Recruitment Training, cold calling, social networking events, referrals, job fairs and job boards to locate qualified candidates who were then maintained in an Oracle database. Absolutely demolished quota prior to company-wide reduction in the workforce.
