Rachael Wyatt’s Summary
We're a web development and marketing company based in Cheltenham and covering most of the UK. We provide accessible, usable websites, marketing, brand identity and design for print.
Cost wise, as Red Adair said 'If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.'
We tend to build long term relationships with the people we work with a) because we like them and b) because they like what we do for them and c) because we often know someone who would benefit from their service, so we promote them shamelessly.
We don't do hard sell - we do no sell - which is good as most of our work comes from recommendation. Office hours are 9:30am until 7ish pm so we are available to help out of 'normal?' office hours. We do answer phones before 9:30am but frankly, you're wasting your time. Wait until the caffeine kicks in.
Best of all - we LOVE what we do - we love dreaming up new ways to promote companies, coming up with original ads then negotiating good price with the magazines, seeing lots of web traffic to a new site and meeting new people.
