The second goal is the deployment of a CRM system (Microsoft CRM) and the integration of all our business processes to give a single and centralized view of each single customer of ours to all the persons that have a role with the business that involves it.
- Creation of a business community portal for our sales force network that is focused on professional customers.
- Creation of a loyalty management system dedicated to the customers of our professional book shop network.
Technology scouting:
Although business rules, my work life still remains strongly tied to the evolution of technology.
In particular I spend part of my time (often free time ) trying to catch opportunities that IT offers to my business.

I practiced for five years a martial art called "Qwan-Ki-Do", which is the vietnamese version of kung fu. I like to play and watch football games, I support Torino FC (formerly named AC Torino), wich has inherited the glory of Grande Torino (http://www.ilgrandetorino.net/), the legendary team perished in the Superga tragedy on 4 May 1949.
