Developed EDI- and XML-based backend, automating inventory updates, orders, and shipment confirmations. Served as chief architect for new product development, including Inventory Management System. Provided production support, upgrades, and maintenance of all legacy systems at headquarters, call center, and fulfillment center. Systems include CRM, ERP, WMS, and custom systems on IBM AS/400, HP3000, Windows, and Unix platforms.
