Worked for Telecom / Internet Service Providers in Asia (China, Taiwan, Malaysia) and Europe as a consultant. For VersaTel, a European Telecom Company, I worked as a consultant to define the new business processes for their new business unit that sold ADSL-lines. The workflow description was used as a functional requirement specification for an Operational Support System.
As part of the IT consultancy team I worked on a project for UPC Netherlands (one of the largest cable providers) involving the integration, creation and implementation of the new business processes for their IT helpdesk into the organisation.
