The Integral Leadership Review has over 1860 subscribers (numbers growing daily) in more than 30 countries. Our goal is for the Integral Leadership Review to continue to occupy the pre-eminent position as an online publication, free to subscribers that is financed through sponsorships. We publish articles on leadership that are transdisciplinary, developmental, integral and/or multi-level in content. In addition, we publish interviews, book reviews and columns.
We also publish LeadingDigest, a paid subscription executive summary of materials from Integral Leadership Review. And we publish the Insights on Leadership series of books featuring conversations with exeuctives, authors, and writers on the subject of leadership.
I have been editing ILR for seven years; prior to that I was the founding editor of Vision/Action, the journal of the Bay Area Organization Development Network, for five years.
I have PhD from U.C. Berkeley, was an organization development consultant for 22 years, an executive coach for the last ten years, a trainer and university professor.
