I am responsible for defining and managing all relationships required to meet commercial objectives and providing strategy, structure and process for the business, I have accountability for all day-to-day business and operational activity and relationships with all key stakeholders. I report directly to BBC Worldwide's MD Digital Media and Strategy.

As the senior executive leading the creation and development of BBC.com, my role with BBC Worldwide management was to lead and support the business through the stringent BBC approvals process from concept consensus through detailed business planning, funding approval and sign off from the BBC Trust.
Additionally, I led the implementation process encompassing detailed launch and operational planning, P+L management and structuring, technical and development options, holding accountability for all day-to-day business, operational activity and relationships with key stakeholders. This role reported directly to the MD of Digital Media and Strategy and the project’s key sponsor is BBC Worldwide’s Chief Executive Officer.
